Which door should I pick?

Choose the area you would like to spend time understanding. It might be a relationship, a question about work, feelings around money, or something happening with family. The descriptions above can help you compare.

What if I don't know my birth time?

You can state that your birth time is approximate or unknown. Gnothia checks the stated range at five-minute intervals. If the time is unknown, it checks the full local birth day. The reading keeps only details that remain stable across every checked chart and leaves the rest out.

Is this a horoscope?

This is a personal reading based on your birth information and answers, focused on the area you choose. It explores descriptions you can compare with your life, without predicting what will happen in a particular week.

Is this AI? Did a machine guess my chart?

Your chart is calculated before any interpretation is written. Gnothia uses your birth date, your birth time or stated uncertainty, and your birthplace to calculate the placements. A language model then writes from that chart data and Gnothia's source libraries. The calculation keeps the model from choosing your planetary positions or gates, but the interpretation can still be wrong, too broad, or miss you. Check the reading against your life. If a placement looks wrong, contact Gnothia so the placement can be compared with the stored inputs and a reproduced calculation.

Do I need to know anything about Human Design or astrology?

No. The reading explains its ideas in ordinary language. When a technical term helps explain where a theme comes from, you'll find it in context. You can consider the descriptions as you learn.

Do I need the free reading first?

No. The Doorway stands on its own — you'll enter your birth data at the start. If you'd rather try before paying anything, the free opening takes about a minute and costs nothing.

What do you do with my birth data?

Gnothia uses your birth information and the words you enter to calculate your chart, create your reading, provide Anam, deliver the service, and save your reading and account history so you can return to them. Gnothia does not sell customer data or use customer data to train models for other customers. To run those features, Gnothia sends relevant information to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy for AI writing, hosting, site security, email, geocoding, and checkout. Authorized Gnothia team members can also view account and reading information when support, correction, security, or a verified privacy request requires it. You can download the account-linked records and generated files Gnothia holds. If you delete your account, Gnothia removes the linked local records and files and queues a Klaviyo profile-deletion request. Some commerce, legal, security, log, or backup records may remain with providers under their own retention rules. Read the Privacy Policy for the exact data, provider, export, retention, and deletion details.

Can I get a refund?

Sales are generally final because each Gnothia Reading is calculated from your birth information and written for you, then delivered at a private link. Please check your birth details before beginning. The support process below explains the exceptions.

If the reading doesn't feel right, email gnothia.app@gmail.com within 14 days and explain what seemed inaccurate or unhelpful. A person will read your message and respond. Depending on the issue, Gnothia may correct the birth data, regenerate the reading, or provide a refund. The outcome depends on what happened, so we can't promise it before reviewing your request. Include enough detail for us to understand the concern and check the relevant information in your reading.

Please include the birth details you entered if you think a placement is wrong. An incorrect date, time, or place can affect the calculation. We can compare your information with the stored inputs.
