Refund policy
Every Gnothia reading is generated the moment you buy it, from your own birth data. It is calculated for one person, delivered as a private link, and cannot be resold or returned to a shelf. So the default is plain: sales are final.
That is the default, not the whole of it.
If the reading missed you
Write to us within 14 days at gnothia.app@gmail.com and tell us what didn't land. A real person reads it and a real person answers. Depending on what went wrong, that might mean regenerating your reading, correcting the birth data it was built from, or refunding you.
We are not going to promise the outcome in advance, because we don't know yet what happened. What we will promise is that you get a considered response from someone who cares whether the reading was true, and that we will do what we can to make it right.
What helps
- The email address you used at checkout.
- The birth details you entered, so we can check whether the chart was built on the right moment. A wrong birth time changes the whole reading, and that is the most common thing we can actually fix.
- What you expected, and what you got instead.
The rest of it
Prices are in US dollars. The Doorway is $15 and the Full Reading is $49. The opening of your reading is free, and you can read it before you decide whether to go further. Nothing physical ships.
Gnothia is registered in Oregon, USA. This policy sits alongside your rights under the law where you live; it does not replace them.
